1.Swinburne University

2.RMIT(Royal Melbourne Institute Of Technology )

Monash was also good ,but the prices and requirements are just too high.

I am looking for a Public University in Aussie,In which there is a good worth for their universities certificates.

I want a university in which there is a good job opportunity after you finish your degree, good teaching skills and a high amount or student passes.

I am looking for a University in Melbourne mainly, but i would also like a quiet place like Brisbane.I found out there is a University called Griffith in Brisbane , is that University good ?

Griffith University in Brisbane is excellent
If you want something a bit different try Southern Cross University either in Lismore (3hrs South of Brisbane) a regional town of 50,000 people or on the Tweed/Gold Coast (2hrs South or Brisbane) Both are cheap places to live and have a great number of Business/Management degrees on offer. Both are quiet and have very good class sizes to ensure as much student to teacher interaction as possible. You will find Southern Cross University is a great alternative to some of the larger more impersonal universities in cities.
The Australian National University is ranked the highest in Australia and is one of the top Unis in the world. Canberra is quieter than Melbourne but has a significant student population. Job oppuntunities are very good if you graduate from here as people from all over the world recognise this Uni. So may i suggest this as another option.

From friends, I have heard that they think Swinburne is better than RMIT. If going to Brisbane, the University of Queensland has the best reputation. Griffith is OK though.
