First of all Alyssa you are only fourteen years old. Now I know that it can be tough at times growing up and often stressful but what you are experiencing right now is something which we have all been through. If you are having problems at home then talk them through with your parents, if you feel like you can't then maybe another relative or perhaps a teacher.
Moving to study abroad is an extremely difficult, time consuming and not to mention an expensive process, which at 14 years old you do not have the means nor the funds to survive in your home city on your own, let alone in a foreign country were everything differs from your current way of life.
My suggestion and advice to you would be to wait until you have finished high school, gained your diploma and then, if you are still determined to study abroad come back here and we will give you all the help which we can.
In the mean time, enjoy your high school years and study hard and combined with your parents help, will open up so many doors for you.
My God, girl! Ur 14 n wanna go abroad? U have NO idea what you'd be gettin' urself into! Believe me, at ur age u don't have the tools u need to survive alone. I suggest u go b alone here. U still have the rest of hi school to do, yeah? If u still wanna leave home, go to a college & do the dorm thing.
If u wanna ck out some options for study, go to a college near u & look around, talk to a counselor & take a test that will tell u what ur interests are best suited for. Good luck, don't stress so much, you'll get stress lines on ur face! You'll look all old n wrinkled by the time ur 19!
I totally understand what ur saying.I think everyone dreams of studying abroad and wants Independence from their parents. However it's not as easy as it may seem.Being alone in a foreign country is tough. But if it's something you really want then talk to ur parents.Hey even if you don't get to study abroad you can always travel. You could even try to get a scholarship from a school abroad.
