Yes this is very possible. Depending on the age of your child there are childcares/daycares and nannies etc available to meet both yours and your child's needs.
If you would like more specific information regarding such things as visas etc. Then it may be helpful if you include which country you wish to further your education in and we would be better able to assist you on the "how" part of your question.
I`m sure that its posible. You would just have to get someone to watch your kids during the day or whenever you have class.
