At what less time and less cost I can do ACCA?

Question:Can I get a stipend or Scholarship for my GPA 3.79 and Vice Chancellor Gold medal and as an applicant frpm Bangladesh?
Where I should apply and how? I am interersted to Admit ACCA on or before June 2008. Can any one suggest me?
