if you want to study then you will be able to take out a student loan, you can also get burseries, but i doubt you can get a full scholoship because overseas students is where all the unis and colleges make their money.
The British Council will have some information. They did have an office in Harare, but it closed down. You can look on their website. Zim citizens can get work visas for the UK. With your qualifications, you could work part-time and study part-time, which could mean the fees will be cheaper. Also, have you tried U of Zim or Africa Uni in Mutare?
