If you are going to school and the school you attend has study abroad programs, then you'll have to choose from one of their programs. Most anywhere in Europe is common to do. If you don't want to pick up a foreign language, I'd say go to England, Scotland, or Ireland. No matter which country you pick, you will be taking trips with other students to see other parts of that country or surrounding countries.

I went to London last semester for study abroad, and it was so much fun! I loved it! While we were there, we went took a few weekend trips to Spain and Dublin, and for Spring Break, we went to Edinburgh and York. The entire semester was so much fun.
So I suggest you go to London or Spain. I don't know if you know any other languages, so those are the best places I can think of.
