I live in the States and plan on going to England for the same when I graduate highschool in 2009. In America you go to undergraduate school for four years, take the MCAT for med school, then apply. If you're only going to med school here and did good on the A-levels in math and science, then do good on the MCAT and you might get into one of the many med schools. They do look at your A-levels because they're basically equivalent to our AP tests.
Your education sounds great, but you will also need to take the Medical College Admissions Test (MCAT).
Well, typically, to study at an American medical school, you need to be a university graduate. (Not all universities have medical schools affiliated with them.) While a med school might occasionally admit someone who is not a university graduate, it is rare that they would do so.
Also, work things out with your Foreign Ministry so that you can obtain a study visa (or its equivalent).
