Question:i'm currently enrolled in a MASW (family therapy) program in Hong Kong. i will come back and work in toronto after i finish my study. if you are working in social work or related field, please share your experience/thoughts with me. thanks alot.

You will want to make sure that Ontario licensing board recognizes your degree as equivalent to the social work programs in Canada. Usually the accrediting body can evaluate the degree. Once your degree is considered valid you will apply for the RSW. As for job prospects. Ontario is a huge province and there is a great deal of need for Social Work, you should have no problem finding a job.
