I am not sure which loan companies you have seen on the internet but I would stay well clear of the unrecognized companies as you never know what they are going do once you have signed the loan agreement.

boston england or boston america? i think banks that do student loans will do loans for overseas students, if it is boston england then you can go to any student loan place. sorry i wasn't that much of a help, i haven't got to that bit yet.
