Where to study for a hospitality degree?

Question:I'm Singaporean, currently studying for a diploma in tourism and hospitality. I'm trying to look for an overseas university where i can get a degree in hospitality, after i graduate from my diploma. I'm looking at a english-speaking country, and where i will be able to apply for some sort of scholarship or financial aid!

Any Suggestions?

Answers:
Kansas State University has a program in hotel and restaurant management. It also has a large foreign student population. It would be a place to start.
