Find an international company that is doing business in the country you want to go to and apply for a job with them... this should be easy for someone with a Mechanical Engineering Degree.
I would advise you to focus on the UK (as India is part of the commonwealth), Australia, USA and Canada. The EU is very strict so unless you have AMAZING qualifications which no one within the EU possess, you will not be given a permit.
Start working in an international company and then request for a transfer a few years later. Good luck
