There is not way you be able to study in Norway. The reason is that you where employed as a Au Pair which under Norwegian labour laws states: Domestic work. This would have been on formal papers when you applied to Norway for work. You have to leave the country then re-apply this time as a student.

It may be possible. Contact immigration and see what they say. You will need to be accepted in a Norwegian university as well as have sufficient funds.
One thing, if your contract ends on Feb 12th, I assume that you can only start studying in September. If that is the case, they may ask you to go home first and apply it from The Philipines.
