Teaching English Abroad.?

Question:There is the TEFL, TESL, TESOL, CELTA, and I'm pretty sure that's it as far as certificates are concerned.

Which certificate/s do the better schools prefer their teachers
to possess?

From experience, what countries pay the most and what countires have the best work environments?

Answers:
There are many internationally recognized certificates. A college degree from an English speaking country would do in many places. The pay can be enough to live on if you scrimp to rather comfortable ... depending on the country and the school. It looks great on resumes,
TESL and TESOL.
Many Asian countries pay rather well. You can check the rate in China.
