Question:2 months back my friend joined a new public school. he is brilliant has taught my son too. now the problem is that everything is exam oriented. students don't do anything themselves. Princi says u have to give results, let them do sums on black board. he says its all spon feeding. other teachers make students cram answers & students write jumbelled sentences to get 1/2 marks. there is nothing like teaching only forcing them to do things. students obviously do not respect teachers. he dreamt of being in that school & got there after scrutinity he is so demoralised that he want to change his proffesion. what can he do now, because he thinks that he can't go on like this as its cheating towards teaching proffession

Perhaps the best thing he can do for himself is to finish out his contract, and then transfer to a new school. It might even be necessary to transfer to a new district all together.
