If I decide to hire a private tutor for English, what should I expect to have to pay in Korean Won?

Question:

Answers:
Private English tutors usually don't come cheap. I personally have charged as little as W20,000 per hour, or about $22.00 an hour. I have friends who ask and receive W45,000 per hour, or about US$50.00 an hour. Lessons typically are one to two times per week, and can either be one hour in duration, or perhaps two. At any rate, count on a minimum of W160,000 per month, and of course it could be well over W200,000 per month.
