Answers:
I became a teacher at the age of 24, I am now 66; retired, yet continue to do substitute teaching. My students knew I smoked and enjoyed my "night life"; but, my personal life and my student's personal life was never an issue unless it interferred with the teaching/learning in my class.
There may be issues within this person's life you are not aware of. Her behavior has probably come to the attention of the administration. I suggest you stay out of her way, and let the "higher powers" address the problem.
It sounds like she has some real problems. That doesn't necessarily mean, though, that she can't be a good teacher (although called you names is NOT good teaching behavior). Try to ignore it. If it gets worse, talk to the department chair; she might need help.
Dosnt sound like a good professor/gudience councilor/instructor/doctor of psychology to me espcially if she flirts wiht her students and blows smoke in their faces but however its her own personal descion if she wants to smoke or not but theres no need for those other things
