Is this a group that members are in conflict? If so, have rules posted on the wall and be consistant in enforcing them. Have a form for to fill out that goes through the resolution process. For example, state specifically (without emotion) what the problem is, what you want done, what the other side states, what is the plan of action, what is the next best step, etc. Make sure they raise their hand and be addressed before they speak. Maybe role play scenes or exchange roles. Teach strategies they can use to control anger and how to handle situations. Maybe even etiquette. Teach about respect, cultural diversity,etc.
