High-schol freshmen?! What should I expect?

Question:What should I expect?
Is it alot harder?

Answers:
It is harder. Your teachers don't feel responsible for making you do your homework. It's up to you. They don't feel obligated to remind you of projects. It's up to you. Teachers in high school give very few second chances. If you don't do your homework, don't expect to be allowed to make it up. Don't even ask for extra credit unless you've been working hard all along and still having difficulty. Don't expect to pass for the year by being lazy until April and then trying to catch up. High school teachers go strictly by the numbers. They don't factor in points for last minute effort.

There's lots more freedom in high school. You'll have to learn to handle it and manage your own time.

You'll be the youngest kids in school again. Upper classmen will pretty much ignore you.

Other than that, it's great.
youre actually in your new stage! well, actually things will change! you will now meet new friends, you will grow much better and many more! Highschool is the best days for me ever!
High school isn't really all that much harder when compared to junior school. Often, depending on your personal learning style, high school may actually be much "easier".

In high school, much more importance is placed on the social aspects of schooling. Teachers expect you to learn as a group and offer students much more freedom.

If you want to learn more about high school life, I just so happen to have written an article and book on high school skills for new students.

Basically though, if you network yourself within the school, you will succeed!
Hi, starting High School is pretty fun. You should just remember to be yourself, even though, im sure many people have already told you that. Besides that, study, work hard, and enjoy your high school years. Have fun!
