Also, what kind of reward (besides candy) can I give them?
This is for students in Jr. High. So, 7th, 8th, and 9th grades.
Thanks!

There are TONS on the web - just google "Critical Thinking Middle School" or "Brain Teaser Middle School"
But here's my favorite Critical Thinking book publisher:

I love their products!!
And as a reward I gave them tickets for a weekly drawing, and the prize for each class was something like "Free HW pass" or "One-Day Extension" pass or "Trip to Locker" pass, etc. Way way more valuable than candy!
How about something based on your previous lesson. Each time you have the class, put up a review question or questions.
You could hand out small scraps of paper for students to write their answers on and have a piggy-bank type container for answers to be submitted at the end of class (so as not to disrupt your lesson).
Prizes could be something like pens, rulers, pencil cases, etc. and they could be displayed for all to see and awarded to those with the most number of correct answers over the school term (then you won't have to keep buying expensive rewards).
Hope this helps and good luck!
I had my guys do a journal entry everyday, but it can get hard to come up with new, interesting things EVERYDAY.
P.A.T. -preferred activity time. Let them earn time throughout the week to redeem on Friday (or another day that works for you.) I kept a corner of my board just for this. I'd put PAT on the board and write the numbers of minutes they had accumulated. I'd give them 10 minutes on Monday and they'd loose a minute for the whole class misbehaving and earn one for almost anything. On Friday I'd let them choose what they wanted to do with their time (draw, go outside, go to the computer lab,...) The highest the minutes went was 30 min. I gained so much time during the week from them making smoother transitions, that it wasn't a big deal to "waste" 30 min.
you could give them points that when they save them up they can exchange them for a homework pass or a few extra points on a test... or something like that.
