If you are a girl having sex with a lot of people, it can greatly affect her social life as people may call her a s*ut, whore etc. Spiritually people find that having sex with someone special to them can give them great spiritual rewards by connecting with that person in such a way. Or if they have sex with someone who disrespects them and hurts them, then can feel spiritually broken and lost. I'm not sure about cognitive health.
