What's the difference between a 'teacher' and an 'educator'?

Answers:    An educator is a guru.
It's the same piece.
It's one who educates.
a "Teacher" merely does that. Teaches. An "educator" not only teach but adds valid life experiences to it. I have the teachers that "qualified from the book" and i've had ones that skilled from the book but added their own personal experiences or experiences they had read nearly. A Teacher only teach and doesn't really get involved next to their students unless "ordered" by their principal. Educators are involved and know their students.
