Does anybody know if there are maternity leave laws for high school students in texas?

Question:are schools required to give some leave to pregnant teens? do the students have to take a class in order to recieve homebound services?

Answers:
I believe that if a student is enrolled in school, she can be entered into the homebound program as her delivery date gets to be around 2 months. There will be a teacher come to the home a couple or three times per week to pick up assignments and so on. The student has to be already enrolled in school, but that shouldn't be a problem, even if she is already pregnant when she enrolls.
