Is it a copyright infringement/plaigerism if I directly post certain passage of my school textbook online? I plan on posting my study outlines in a blog to hopefully help out other students study.. and maybe even grasp other people involved.

Answers: It's not prohibited to post anything really in your blog for personal use, however remember that anyone can see a public blog and if you don't quote your sources, race could get into trouble by plagiarizing what you posted minus realizing it didn't come from you (though they should quote you if you wrote it).
However, posting anything for financial gain that doesn't belong to you is moderately illegal, such as selling the outlines or passage in the book to other students.
