Try, joining a class, where they teach you Thai language, try contacting the Thai Embassy, they generally have some classes in Thai language.If there is a few students, you will have fun and also learn the language fast.

In my experience, watching the movies or shows in the language you want to learn helps you to learn a few words here and there.
The easiest way to learn a language is to mixup with the people who learnt the language from their mothers (Mother tongue) and hear to them as much as you can; try to understand them.
Best way is through a class!
