Not with all the things their giving them these days. I think kids should be able to use some creativity and do what they wannt to for a portion of the day. A good creative mind is vvery important. not really. it all depends. Yes. I like to tell the young to go and sit in the corner of a round room. This keeps them very busy. sure Little children should be kept busy, as they have a lot of energy that will find its way out, so you'd better make sure that the use of this energy is guided into the right direction.
Youths, or teenagers, should be old enough to decide for themselves when and in what ways they want to be busy. Only if you want them to be spastic as adults and have ADHD.
Kids need to be well rounded which includes learning how to relax. If you constantly give them stimulization their brain will need the endorphines as adults. It won't be there and voila! ADHD! It's according to their age.You have to give young ones a chance to develop their imaginations. NO. As they become more and more overworked something will start to fall, whether that be grades, quality of work in sports or stuff like that. They will also become worn out from going and going. It is NOT a good idea at all. I think it depends on the individual. The social aspect of certain activities is good to help them become outgoing, creativity is good to help them think for themselves, but I also agree with giving them down time to learn how to relax and wind down. Most adults don't know how to do that.
