First year teaching11th grade: Help?

Question:I am an 11th grade english teacher and was wondering wat kind of responses I would get to this question?

* Think of a time when you really wanted something, but when you finally got it, you found you didn't really want it, or it wasn't what you wanted, or you regretted getting it.
Explain why you changed your mind?

Answers:
probably a lot of "there was this boy/girl that i liked once...and she was really hard to get..." answers. but it totally depends on what kind of school you're at, the level of the students, etc. but don't be surprised if you get at least one of those.
moving out of home was my biggest! I am sitting at home now! and I pay rent! I think it's a great question, you will probably get a big variety of answers most small things.. but it makes them think! good luck!
"In his heart a man plans his course, but the Lord determines his steps." Proverbs 16:9
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7
These are a couple of my favorite verses I wanted to share with you as an encouragement. Hugs!

Seriously if you do not like teaching you will go crazy doing it.
Its a "calling".
Any body who loves there profession loves to teach it.
Do what you love, and you will have no regrets.
If you teach English, you'd know that English should have been capitalized.
