The first line should read:
"Today one of my elementary school friends (who is also going to Barrymore High) and I went to the school..."
Always put others before you- So-and so and I.
The second line has two "evens" in it...redundant. Omit the second even.
Latin should be capitalized.
Exhilarated is how you really spell it.
To all others: Mrs. Mc Grath was not hated. She hated the Latin teacher, And that's saying something since she hardly hated anyone! Get it??
Is the last line an add on? It has nothing to do with the content! I say omit that one if you wrote the e-mail. If it was an e-mail that was given to you to correct, leave it. There is nothing grammatically wrong with it.
Everything else looks great!
The first sentence should be something like "one of my elementary school friends and I". If you take out the classmate part, the sentence reads "me went to school" which already sounds wrong.
exhilarted is misspelled but I think thats just a typo here.
No, it's not correct. I'll only give you a few.
1. one of my friends and I
2. not even two are even located (redundant)
3. languages should be capitalized
4. exhilarted misspelled
here's what i do ...
Today, one of my elementary school friends and I went to the Barrymore High School building to find out where our classrooms are located. I was shockingly amazed that not even two of my classes were on the same floor! There were actually several in the main highschool, not the 9th grade center. Well at least I was lucky enough to catch a glimpse of my Latin teacher.
Later, when I looked down at my schedule I was so exhilarted to find out that "Joey Greenward" was our teacher. Well, of course, this meant I was going to have a man teach my class. You couldn't believe how happy I was to have a guy teacher, and not the horrible, old, hated, witchy woman Mrs. McGrath. I'm not joking here, Mrs. McGrath REALLY hated the woman who taught Latin at Westlake, and as you probably know---Mrs.McGrath usually doesn't hate anyone (with the possible exception of Stevey McWellin). She told me one time she was invited to a Latin-teacher meeting with Mr. McGrath.
by the way don't like the ending but otherwise great job good story
[[The trouble with correcting e-mail grammer is that almost anything is acceptable -including smilies.]]
