They mostly ask questions about your view of language learning and teaching, and how you handle yourself basically. Being calm and having an open mind are very useful. Most programs are desperate for candidates, as it is a very expensive program they are trying to peddle. I know of a school - a supposedly good one - that accepted an austistic candidate :)
One bit of advice: do not kill yourself during the program. Real life does not work that way.
