Interview question?

Question:How you like to be motivated, or the requirements you need to motivate yourself

Answers:
If this is asked at a teaching interview, you might tell them that you are motivated by helping students learn..

by seeing students smile because they enjoy your lessons...

by the aha moments when students "get it".

by witnessing struggling students "grow" into motivated, successful learners.

or maybe you're motivated by being part of a winning team of professional educators.

or by high scores on standardized tests..

SInce you're interviewing, here's a good eBook about getting teaching jobs. it has 50 sample teacher interview questions and answers in it.. resume and cover letter info... interview tips, etc. http://www.iwantateachingjob.com... Maybe the book can help you.

Good luck to you with the rest of your interviews!
They just want to see whether you'll be an active employee or a passive one (meaning who just sits at a desk and does what he is told). Better leave the impression of an active one and talk in terms of CHALLENGE, PROJECTS, CREATIVE ACTIVITIES and so on. Here are some good points:
