How much can I make as a preschool teacher in Australia?

Question:

Answers:
Really depends on your qualifications. If you have a bachelor of early childhood and a bachelor of education (or dip ed or bachelor of teaching) i would recommend you try and find a job as an infants teacher in a primary school. This will pay better than a job in a preschool. Most preschools here are just day care centres as these poor people are paid very poorly.
There is a site that provides you will the average australian yearly wage for any type of employment you are looking for.
Go to

http://content.mycareer.com.au/salary-ce...

it will give u a list of job names, click on education and then it will give you a list of options such as kindergarten, childcare. in australia "preschool" is usually referred to as childcare or daycare

but the average is around $48,000
