Give ur opinion please.?

Question:young lady (22)should not teach in higher classes in a school where some student may be in her age group and where senior girls are also given punishment like standup if they fail to do the classwork to maintain the school standard.

Answers:
Hi, I think the administration at the school should know if this teacher can handle the type of students they have at the school. The principal should make the judgment i would think. If she is qualified to teach certain grades, why not?
I dont understand that either,, young teacher hot between the seat around 17-18 yo hot blooded young men,

makes no sense
If this young lady is doing a fine job of teaching, then why not?
A young lady shouldn't teach in higher classes if there's the slightest possibility that she might fall for one of her students and do something about it. Other than that, it's perfectly fine. If the punishment of standing up is a school-instilled punishment, I see nothing wrong with a 22 year old teacher maintaining the practice.
A 22 y. old is certainly too young to maintain order in a class with pupils of nearly her own age.
It depends on the school but teaching young ones in puberty is't easy, not even for an experienced teacher.
Hey Gurly ! I have seen u ask the same things many times. Seems like u have no intentions of thinking of a better solution. Y do u want to loose ur education for someone else.

To be honest, when we were asked to stand on the bench, when I was at school, we were so much happy, even made a greater noise. It was so much fun, when we giggled & laughed at each other.

Take it easy.
i guess if she is so young ...i guess she should teach in higher classes...the understanding between teacher-student will be bttr...due to age and similar thinking.punishment thing is such that every1 should get in respective way in respective to their age.hope it is the answer you luking for...

if this is the answer ...plz vote my answer! thnx.
And your question is?...

Assuming you want our opinion of the stated policy; then yes, it is an understandable policy if it is a school where the students are inclined to harass and tease teachers. The school board has probably had problems with students in the past who take advantage of a young teacher's inexperience.
I dont understand that either,, young teacher hot between the seat around 17-18 yo hot blooded young men,
huh
As long as the teacher is doing a fine job, I do not see a problem with what age group she is teaching. I have heard of greater punishments than standing up if they don't do their homework, by much experienced teachers I might add.
How would the students knows her age? unless she tells they can only guess right? i would not say she should'nt teach. that's what she went 2 college for and invested her time. my opinion is that its upto the individual, whether the teacher could take it all, u know if she is bold she could do it. And i dont see anythng wrong with the teacher giving the given punishment for senior girls as that's wat is usually done, y take it all on the teacher, i thnk she is doing her job.
But i might say, to do it she has to have a very strong character.
Reminds me of my 12th class when we had a very young English teacher!!! But we never really had any problem with her. In fact we were able to share our thoughts with her better and many a times we had lively and educative debates with her. So, if the teacher is good her age is really not much of a concern. Punishments at senior classes surely have to be very tactful and making a person stand up sounds quite silly. But that is a matter of school policy.
I'm a young teacher myself. I'm twenty five, but I am always confused with the students. I just was hired to teach juniors and seniors. First off, the "punishment" of having students stand up for not turning in their homework is ridiculous. The students need to have a parent teacher conference, not to be humiliated in front of their friends. Second, a twenty two year old teacher is not in the same age group as an eight teen year old student. The teacher has graduated from college and has begun a career. The student is still in high school. The teacher has taken classes on how to manage classes. If the administration has decided to give her upper level classes, they must believe that she can handle them. Besides, these classes are probably easier for her to handle than the freshman classes she could be dealing with.
Teacher should work as teacher and behave as teacher. Should see student as students and not youngsters. Treatment to be given to students as required
Where is the question of young lady when she has come for teacher's profession. I want to insist that age is not a criteria for teaching. Teacher is always a teacher only and what ever punishment she gives in class room is to have discipline in the class while she is taking classes that is all Yours VRVRAO
