No it is not well written. It doesn't make sense to me at all.
Try: I have completed most of the assignments that I was given last week. I have collected Candy's idea and I have a draft of the Memo. However, I am not sure that it is what you wanted. I would appreciate your feedback. Thank you.
It still does not make complete sense to me, because I don't know exactly what you are trying to say, but I think this makes better sense than what you had. I hope I was helpful to you. Good Luck!
Are you sure you weren't trying to e-mail someone?
You have several grammatical errors. This would be better:
I have completed most of the things you assigned me last week, although I have not yet finished the memo. I have Candy's idea, and have drafted the memo (attached). Please let me know if you approve of it. Thank you.
I have completed the majority of your assignments from last week, but am still working on the memo. I collected the candy ideas and have a draft version of the memo. Please let me know if you would like to make any changes to it. Thank you.
I am also confused. However, no the sentence(s) isn't even close to being correct. I guess I wonder why you can't figure out that it's wrong. I also wonder about the relevance.
If you are an English teacher who got this in an assignment (I am a math teacher), you should easily be able to answer this yourself. If you are a student, some other background would be a big help.
I would rewrite the sentence as I would have written it, but it doesn't even make sense. Did another teacher send you this? If so, then it is funny.
