Answers:
If you know the name, put on the address line:
Ms. Johnson, Head Teacher
Columbia Elementary School
Dear Ms. Johnson:
If you don't know the name, put on address line:
Head Teacher
Columbia Elementary School
Dear Madam:
Might help if your spelling were better.. it's "writing", not "writting" as you spelled it twice.
I'm wondering why you're writing the head teacher. If you're applying for a job, you need to write to the administrator or the principal. The head teacher will have very little say in whether or not you get hired.
However, if you want a favorable reference from the head teacher, be as formal as possible. Address her, Mrs. _____
Don't include "head teacher". It's not as if she's the principal or administrator. A title is not necessary.
Remember to use spellcheck.
