Isn't it obvious?. It's one year... and one year is 365 days... plus 4 months (there are 4 months to go after April). one month is 30 days... 4 multiplied by 30 is 120 days... 365 plus 120 is 485 days...

Ok reading the question as days in between 12 Apr and 12 Aug the answer is 486 but that excludes 12 Apr and 12 Aug so if you wanted to include these it would be 488. I think the answer is 486. Funny that there are so many varying answers.
