It's a Valium. The 10 means 10 Mgs/ The 5 mgs are yellow. A Pharmacist can confirm.

If it is "coated" it probably isn't valium. It might be morphine. You can look up pills on line. I can't remember the site but if you type "pill identifier" into your web search you will find many sites that can help you.
