Assumption: Production & Operations (P&O) Manager is the top-ranked P&O person in some company - could be VP or Director, or just Manager
Two answers:
1. P&O Managers, unless you are the top guy in a BIG company, may make a good salary and even get bonuses or profit-sharing, but they don't become what is commonly called RICH.
2. I could ask you why you think you're so good that you don't have to work your way up, but I won't. The truth is that if you're super intelligent and talented, you might could gain a senior position like that in 10 years or so. One hurdle is that you are female and there is still widespread "glass ceilings" in the manufacturing world.
Best bet to meet both your objectives: start your own company and make it a blazing success. You'll become rich and you can call yourself anything you want.
