Trying to solve a puzzle?

Question:http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_det...

I'm trying to figure out how to decipher the question marks, I've tried a few methods, but they didn't work, so I'm posting it here in hopes of someone seeing whatever I missed.

Answers:
some random thoughts.
the question marks are arranged as follows:
18 rows of 42
1 row of 30
9 rows of 42
1 row of 30.

These could be 786, 408
or given that 30/42 can be reduced to 5/7, and 7 is in the poster's name, they could be 786/7 (18 5/7) and 408/7 (9 5/7), or 2 5/7 and 1 5/7, etc.
