Well if I heard that a psychic won the lottery I'd consider it cheating. Even if a psychic did win I think they would keep it quiet because there would be a lot of controversy over it.

Well you finally figured out that "psychics" are phony. They tell half-truths. Most of them are lead by their subjects to come up with these answers. I have never believed in them and pity those who do.
