What genius came up with Peanut M&Ms?

Answers:
A guy named Forrest Mars invented the recipe for M&M's during the Spanish Civil War. Mars saw soldiers eating pieces of chocolate covered with a hard sugary coating. The coating preventing the chocolate from melting in the hot sun. In the Early 1940's by the mid 1950's they were being sold as M&M's, and were trademarked, along with their slogan; melts in your mouth, not in your hand... the only thing he should've done was use dark chocolate, in my humble opinion...

I hope this helps!
I dont know but i'd like to shake him by the hand as he gave my ***** sister in law an anaphalactic shock!! ( however you spell it) but he didn't complete the job!
The greatest mind of our generation.
Forrest Mars Sr. and R. Bruce Murrie (hence M&M's)
Actually in the late 70's/ early 80's there were something identical in the shops called Treets. The only difference was that the shells were all brown not coloured like M&M's.

So really M&M ripped this idea off someone else.
i dunno but i bet he was nuts about the idea lmao
Dont, know but id love to shake their hand. They are my favourite sweets.............ever!
