the only mention to the doctors real name is within the key of time. in the final installment the armageddon factor .the doctor meets another time lord named drax , they where students at the same academy and drax refers to the doctor as " theet " several time. but is always corrected by the doctor .but i do believe drax is correct and it is actually Dr. Theet. check it out
