Was Washington second to allow women to vote?

Question:I'm doing Washington State History and i can't figure this one out i've looked through the whole chapter i checked online this is the only thing i could think of.

I don't think so. It looks like it was the fourth or even fifth state, depending on the level of voting women were given by a state.
