I think its still Tehing Pao... If it is the name of a person.
Are these two different riddles, or just one?
If the first three lines are a separate riddle, I believe the answer is the king of diamonds, which is the only one-eyed king in a deck of cards and is traditionally credited with representing Julius Caesar. That would explain the references to "emperor", "crown", "diamonds", and "half-sighted".
