Is this a noun, adjective, verb, or other? HELLLP!?

Question:"Big hands" - these words as a whole, like for example if a company was called 'big hands'... if 'big hands' was seen in the dictionary, what would it be classed as... a noun, adj, etc?

weird i know but need an answer... thanks!! x

Answers:
if a company was called 'big hands' it would be a noun- a proper name.

if someone has big hands, you can't group the two terms under under one label;
'hands' are things, so thats a noun.
'big' is a describing word, so it's an adjective.

if you really had to group them under one term though, I think adjective would be the best fit, since you could describe someone as a person with big hands, just like 'tall' is an adjective. But to really make 'big hands' an adjective, you'd have to say 'big-handed', and Im not entirely sure if that's acceptable!!
