I just put on some clean pants - what would that be in urdu?

Question:I read on someone's answer that the urdu word "paki" means clean, and when watching asian movies as a kid I remember them interspersing many english words within the dialogue.

This got me thinking - how would you say "clean pants" in urdu, assuming that pants translates to "pants" ?

Answers:
'Saaf patloon' or 'saaf pant'.
i just put on some clean pants: Mein nay abhi saaf patloon pehni.
