What does Carpe Cervisiam mean?

Question:

Answers:
Grab a beer ?

I googled it and I'm pretty sure it's grab a beer !
My Latin is very rusty, but I distrust the ending of 'Cervisiam,' and my Internet translator didn't like it either. 'Carpe,' as in 'carpe diem,' certainly means seize (or pluck). Our 'cervical' vertebrae derive from 'cervis...' (neck), so I'll offer two choices: "Strangle me" or "Hug my neck."

Beethoven, according to Bartlett, wrote "I want to seize fate by the throat" (1801), but I like neck better than throat.
Corripe Cervisiam...
(latin for "Seize the Beer")
