Can I omit the words "in this employment contract" and replace it with herein or hereof or therein or thereof?

Question:-------------
4.Apart from those specified in the abovementioned Article 6 (1), (2) and (3), the working relations between the First Party and Second Party shall terminate upon the expiration of the term of employment as stipulated in this Employment Contract.

Answers:
'herein' is more appropriate...but you may also retain 'in this Employment Contract' for clarity.
