the "es" thing i dont think applies cause thats for a common noun, not a proper one. i think its Chris's. cause the possessive would be Chris' without that last s.

There is no way that you put 'es' at the end that's only if the word was noun or something, but a name that ends in a 's' no all you add is an apostrophe and an 's', if you were trying to show ownership than you would just add an apostrophe but there is already an 's' on then end of the word.
