I'm looking for a word...?

Question:to finish this sentence. "It is with great __________ to announce the retirement of so and so.
Now this word should be one that means that I am happy that so and so is retiring, yet sad to see her go. Does the word even exist? Or any suggestions?

Answers:
'regret' is absolutely sufficient
honor yet sadness
"happiness and sorrow"?
Excitment& Saddness
'to' should be 'that I,' if you're using that format. Instead of stumping yourself over a single word, why not try rewording it? "It is with mixed sadness and joy that I announce..." blahblahblah. The last word of the pair is going to be the one that people remember, so remember to put the happy one last.
Sadness
great happiness and mixed emotions
respect
It is with great honor and to be honest a little sorrow...

That lets them know you are wishing them well, and will be missed
bereavement... this means sadness and respect.
reluctance
admiration
