Specifically means that there are only specific ones you like. I.e. you like fruit; specifically apples, oranges, and bananas (you like these fruits, but maybe not the others).

edit: I actually was able to find specially in the webster dictionary (www.m-w.com) and it has the same definiton as especially. The first definition for especially is specially, so they are interchangable.
