Opinions and assumptions?

Question:Is there really a difference in assumption and opinion? cuse there both what you think on a matter.

Answers:
big difference.
to opine is to express an opinion on something.
to assume is to take for granted something which may or may not be accurate
I see "assumption" as more of a conclusion you're drawing. There's inference in it.

An opinion may not necessarily draw a conclusion.
assumptions are what we think when making a guess but offered as correct. (95%usually wrong ) opinions are ideas/thoughts formulated on actual knowledge but not offered as 100% correct..(your opinion)

Well.. thats my opinion!!
hope it helps
There is a difference in the two.while opinion explains your view about an issue, assumption on its own is a believe in something to be true without a proof to it.
simply put, when someone makes an assumption of an idea,he is not sure of what he gives as a reason. In ''opinion ''he says his mind which may not not subject to influence the audience.
